Description of Service:

Our service includes a complete inspection of the structure to include the entire outside from the base of the structure to the top of the roof looking for all possible entrances that rodents can use. Once we identify these possible entrances, we physically block these areas from being used with materials like hardware cloth, copper mesh and other materials as applicable.

After the physical exclusion, we begin our trapping part of the service. There may be rodents trapped inside and we would trap to remove the rodents. When that is completed, we vacuum up as much of the rodent droppings as possible and then deodorize the attic to remove the urine smell that rodents leave behind. Our technicians will then set out rodent bait stations on the exterior of the building and check them on a monthly basis for 1 year. This will help reduce rodent populations near your home of business.
