Our Service Philosophy

Our philosophy is to provide pest management service that is effective, professional, and convenient to our customers. We inspect for pest harborages that may be present in and around your home or business. Our initial visit will consist of a thorough treatment inside the structure to eliminate and prevent infestations. Our efforts will then be concentrated on the outside with regularly scheduled follow-ups to treat areas where pests live and breed. This means less material in the living area while providing a more effective pest management service. We get them in "their" home before they get into your home!

During a service visit, our technician will:

  1. Inspect the inside if you are home and treat only as needed.
  2. Sweep down spider cobwebs around the exterior windows, eves and inside pool cage if unlocked, and place a barrier treatment around exterior windows and doors.
  3. Inspect the outside and utilize a variety of available baits, granules, dusts, aerosols, and equipment to treat around the outside foundation for protection of roaches, ants, earwigs, pill bugs, and other crawling insects. We will also service the in-wall pest tube system if installed.
  4. Your technician can also consult with you about any environmental and structural conditions conducive to pest harborage and problems. Upon completing the service, the technician will leave a door hangar to inform you of the service rendered and to report any conditions that may be conducive to pest problems.

What you can expect:

  1. Prompt service (our appointments are within a 2 hour window because we want to give all our clients the same quality service). We will call you 3 days in advance to remind you of your next regular service day.
  2. Your service will be completed each quarter when we are in the same area as other accounts. This helps keep our fuel costs down.
